Brethren Retirement Community
Background
We teamed up with Brethren Retirement Community (BHRC), a retirement care facility, to develop a HIPAA compliant Enterprise Mobility solution on both IOS & Android platform which enabled their staff to account for all the services they are providing to their residents.
Objective
The objective of this Enterprise application was to allow community staff to easily account for any services they are providing to community residents. The solution was provided on all the major devices including ipads and tablets. The requirement was also to make the solution HIPAA compliant.
Solution
The care takers were able to sign in, log the details of the services offered to various different residents and sign off once shift ended.
App Maisters also implemented a user friendly web panel that managed the back-end system, including but not limited to
- Added residents,services and care takers data
- Updated the data on mobile application uniformly
- Managed and recorded all updates provided from the care-takers
Results
- Decrease administration time by 100%
- Increase productivity by 100%
- Care- takers had more time to focus on providing the services to residents, rather than taking time to log data in.
