Background
A Reputable Law Firm based in Houston, TX approached App Maisters team to develop a Legal Customer Relationship Management Solution for their Traffic Ticket and Criminal Defense practice that enables them to manage attorneys, clients, documents, contracts, dockets, interactions in addition to integrating the CRM with court data through out the state of Texas for mailer marketing and other reporting purpose.
Objective
To build a Traffic Ticket CRM for high-volume traffic ticket and criminal defense law firms. The objective was to develop a Web based fully integrated CRM software with court-data-based lead automation and mailer integration.
The application was supposed to not only manage Law practice workflows but to also pulls court-data- based feeds from court houses through the US and automates the mailer generation for marketing and reporting purpose.
